Body Blueprint Fitness Education has been training fitness enthusiasts to become engaging, educated, safe and motivated Group Fitness Instructors and Aqua Fitness Instructors since the mid-1980s. A lot has changed since then and we are always adapting to the most modern and effective fitness trends.
Group Fitness implies teaching people on land, and of course Aqua Fitness refers to teaching in water. Both courses can be taken either in-class (in Victoria) or online. For the online courses, videos are required from you so we can assure we are certifying professional instructors. Group Fitness may include classic aerobics, boot camp, group strength training, and more, and is often required in order to specialize in Spin, Zumba, and other group fitness specialty classes. Aqua Fitness may be taught in pools or resorts around the world. Note that if you wish to be a Personal Trainer and train small groups of 4 or more, you must also have your Group Fitness certification. If you wish to become an Older Adult Instructor, you must take a specialty module first. Our online Group and Aqua Fitness courses allows you to gain your Fitness certification from anywhere around the world. Being a Group or Aqua Fitness Instructor is a fun way to get your workout at the same time as getting paid for it! It can be anything from a part-time hobby and source of supplementary income to a full career, depending on how much time you'd like to put into it.
