This one-hour video workshop covers the different types of weighted balls along with their pros and cons.

You will learn dozens of exercises for the arms, legs and core. Many of the exercises are multi jointed and functional and a great way to gain strength, endurance and power. We also discuss safety when using the ball. 

Using the medicine ball or slam ball can help with hand eye coordination and reaction time.

The weighted ball is underused in most fitness facility but this workshop demonstrates many exercises that can be done alone, outside, in a gym or with a partner. If you are a group fitness instructor or personal trainer or are looking for a different workout to vary your routine for strength and cardio, this workshop has it all.
