Wayne Rodgers – Australian Sports Physiotherapist

Wayne is an Australian APA sports physiotherapist and KLT functional strength coach with 29 years experience in health and fitness. He has been a sports physiotherapist for several national and international sports teams (Australian Commonwealth Games team, Australian Netball team). Formerly a senior physiotherapist at the Olympic Park Sports Medicine Centre in Melbourne, he is currently the senior sports physiotherapist at Sunshine Coast Sports Physiotherapy in Queensland Australia and is on the advisory committee for the development of the Masters in Sports Medicine program at Melbourne University.

Wayne is a highly experienced presenter of sports physiotherapy and kinesiology courses. He has delivered over 2800 hours of professional development education to physiotherapists, kinesiologists and exercise professionals over the past 18 years.

Rich Gafter – KLT Level 2 Functional Strength Coach and Kinesiologist

Rich Gafter is a BCAK Practicing Kinesiologist and KLT functional strength coach with 25 years’ experience in the health and fitness industries. For the past 10 years, he and his wife Kelli have been the co-owners and training directors of MedEx Personal Training and Wellness Centre Ltd. in Victoria, BC Canada.
On average they have been conducting 500 one-on-one training/coaching sessions every month. With a specialty in working with mature adults and those with medical conditions and injuries, Rich has regularly consulted with and worked alongside physiotherapists, physiatrists, surgeons, occupational therapists, osteopaths, massage therapists, personal injury lawyers, insurance adjustors, personal trainers and fellow kinesiologists. In 2016, Rich became an accredited KLT Coach and experienced massive success when they fully integrated the KLT principles in their Centre.
The addition of KLT has been so profound that Rich and Kelli have chosen to dedicate themselves to teach the KLT course full-time to health care and fitness professionals across North America and beyond.

Kelli Gafter – KLT Level 2 Functional Strength Coach and Personal Trainer

Athletics and fitness have always been a major part of Kelli’s life, and for the past 15 years she has enjoyed an extensive and diverse career as a health and fitness professional. At one point she owned and operated a thriving mobile personal training company and held at least 20 active fitness specializations ranging from Yoga to Pilates to Hydro Training to Exercise Rehabilitation. In addition to working as a full-time personal trainer and coach for faculty, students and varsity athletes at the University of Victoria, she has worked in and managed numerous private training studios in British Columbia and Alberta.
Since taking the KLT Course in 2016, Kelli has incorporated the system into every client’s program and the results have been career-changing. Kelli and her husband Rich are passionately dedicated to sharing what they have learned with as many professionals as possible to continue building the global KLT community.
