Most people have encountered the Half-Ball – aka BOSU (r). It is used in most fitness facilities by personal trainers and group fitness instructors. This workshop will discuss the pros and cons of using it and who should avoid it. There are many misconceptions about using the Half-Ball and it may not be good for all your clients. We discuss who can benefit from it and how to use it effectively with your clients. Dozens of exercises are demonstrated – cardio, strength and stretching. This interesting workshop will have you re-thinking the way in which you use the Half-Ball.


If you require a certificate for more than one governing body, there is a $10 fee.
