Body Blueprint Fitness Courses in 2012

Body Blueprint offers dozens of Provincially approved courses and workshops every year. There are several to choose from in Victoria, Nanaimo, Sooke and other parts of Vancouver Island, B.C. Canada. New courses are scheduled all year long throughout the province, so check this web site again for updated course information in your area.

NEW – PRIVATE COURSES

Body Blueprint offers One-on-One Fitness Training Courses. If you are pressed for time, can’t commit to in-class sessions and want individual training at YOUR convenience, we are happy to offer private sessions for you. You can take the course by yourself, or with a friend or two.

FITNESS THEORY & Exercise Physiology

Fitness Theory is the first step in becoming a BCRPA fitness trainer. This course is recognized for 24 continuing credits hours with the College of Massage Therapy (24 CEC).

This course can be taken in-class (register below) or by correspondence (order on-line).

The cost for in-class includes manual, all worksheets and on-line tutorials

PERSONAL TRAINING

PT courses are held on Saturday/Sunday for two weekends 8:30 – 5:30 $449 plus HST (includes Workbook/Manual – you will need to purchase the ACE PT book from BCRPA)

BCRPA Forms: After each specialty module you will need to fill in the ICE form for that module. The forms will need to be handed in and marked by a trainer (Body Blueprint Fitness can do that for you). Once it is marked you will need to meet with your evaluator for a practical session in the gym. You can download the ICE forms for group fitness, weight training and personal training from the BCRPA web site.
